Arady brings to life a Portuguese-Moroccan cuisine, where Moroccan tradition is reimagined with a contemporary touch and adapted to the Portuguese palate.
The concept was born from the desire of a mother and two daughters to honor their Moroccan roots while celebrating the Portuguese culture that embraced them. The kitchen is led by Chef Hélder Martins, who trained at world-renowned three-MICHELIN-starred restaurants such as The Fat Duck and Arzak, and who in Portugal headed the iconic Tavares restaurant.
